Give Yourself a Fabulous Early Gift at an Amazingly Low Price
The Getaway includes a 5-day, 4-night stay with all classes, meals, lodging, materials, yoga, and a guided tour of the Smoky Mountains!

How much would you expect to pay for:
* Over 12 hours of raw foods instruction from an expert chef
* 3 gourmet raw meals each day
* Staying in a mountainside home with panoramic views from
your room
* Optional yoga classes
* Optional guided mountain hike
* Nightly movies
This many classes with Chef Eva Rawposa would normally cost well over $1000, PLUS the cost of food. And that's just for the classes!! If you were to stay at a nice hotel in the Maggie Valley area, you would pay at LEAST $100 per night... yet you still wouldn’t have a full kitchen and dining room and you’d be incredibly lucky to have a porch and view half as nice as this home’s.
But this whole retreat is available to a limited number of guests at unreasonably reasonable rates!

I’ve had others who know me, know my classes, and see what I’m charging... tell me I’m crazy. That includes Karen Knowler, my business coach. That includes my financial planner. That even includes some of my clients here in Florida, who are thinking maybe they should go up to North Carolina just to get my classes for less.
I want to help as many people as possible in whatever way they need to be helped. The way I figure it, if people can just manage to get away from home for a few days, they can have the mental space to really grasp the food. Not to mention, yoga in the mornings and mountain hikes in the afternoon? Of course they’re both optional, but that right there will help anyone to clear a busy mind!

“Eva, Let me tell you something... You have a gift from God... You have the taste and abilities to put meals together that really taste good... Maybe I'm not a professional restaurant taster, but I grew up in a restaurant because my mom owned a few very successful and prestigious restaurants in Europe. I also traveled to many places in the world and had eaten at many wonderful gourmet restaurants.
During the seven days of your classes I tried your recipes and I [am] amazed how tasteful they are... I'm not new to the raw or living food cuisine (have been almost 4 years on raw vegan diet). I do lots of experiments on my husband who is not a raw vegan (yet!). He loves your recipes!!! I would recommend your classes to the people who are new to the raw vegan diet as well as to the people who has been for a while on living food diet and wants some fresh ideas... Thank you so much Eva...”
