NOTE FROM EVA: I stumbled on Amber’s website, Almost Vegan Chef, a ways back. Before she had completed her stint at 105 Degrees Academy. Before she had won Living Light’s Hot Raw Chef contest (she beat out a LOT of chefs for that!!). Before she had a recipe book (now she has one and is coming out with another!! Check ‘em out – {Practically Raw – on amazon.com} {Practically Raw – my review} and {Practically Raw Desserts – coming soon!!}).
Her site is SERIOUSLY chock full of tasty, amazing-looking recipes. She also shares a great deal about her adventures in life, which we find fascinating.
I can’t decide if it is the travels or the food I enjoy more. Either way she goes into fabulous detail and takes you along for the ride or into her kitchen. Truly, there is a reason so many folks seem to be drawn to what she is doing. You will see too when you see her recipes and check her out. (If you have not already!)
And honest to God, she’s not even paying me to say these things. Amber Shea is one of THE (if not THE) up-and-coming chefs to keep your eye out for. I mean that!
xxo Eva

Hey Eva! It’s me. I was just wondering if you could remove my last name from this page and all my recipe pages. I’m trying to make all internet usage of my (current) last name disappear before my book comes out with my soon-to-be married name! Don’t want to confuse people =X Thanks!
It’s done… lemme know when you see this!
Hey Eva – I’m still seeing “Ford” on this page and on all my recipe pages. Can you change it to Crawley or omit it entirely and just say “Amber Shea”?
Should be long fixed by Krista (she’s the best!). So exciting to change your name!!! Lemme know if you see any glitches that got missed, but she tells me it’s all straight.
