NOTE FROM EVA: I have to confess, it’s super easy to end up with a girl crush on Callie. She’s super fun, and her recipes are always just so darn pretty. Really makes you want her in your kitchen so she can whiz around making it a prettier, tastier, and just generally more fun place.

A Kansas City gal, Callie is working on moving out to San Fran to follow her dreams and is working with about a bazillion different vendors and manufacturers and whathaveyou to take her “rawxies” (the raw/vegan/gluten-free cookies she unbakes, probably while wearing a cute purple apron and big pink bow. I kid, but ya never do know!) and bring ‘em to the mainstream.
