NOTE FROM EVA: I don’t even remember how I stumbled on Cristina’s website, but I remember being taken aback at the beauty and artistry of her recipes. Funny then (although perhaps not funny “haha”) that she goes by the Raw Food Artist!
I suppose it makes perfect sense… I found out later that Cristina started out as an artist before becoming trained as a professional raw food chef.
So we do have several of her recipes, and every single one of them is drool-worthy and captures the senses far before you taste them! The recipes are below, but I highly recommend having a look at Cristina’s site for more inspiration. There are probably hundreds of beautifully shot food photos there!!!
