Note from Eva: I am so pleased Diana has been generous enough to share her recipes with us! Let me just say first that Diana has been such a huge inspiration for me in about a million different ways. She looks like she must have been born thin and that she will never, and has never, had an issue with weight.
She was a classically trained chef who weighed 247 pounds, and then started the raw food lifestyle. NOW, as a converted raw food chef, author, and teacher, I would say that you CAN, after all, “trust a skinny chef”. Diana knows her stuff, friends!
But it’s not just that, she got herself off of medication thanks to the raw food lifestyle (yeah!). She got rid of gastritis, peptic ulcers, thyroid issues, chronic fatigue syndrome, and more more more. (Isn’t it great how well our bodies can heal with plentiful raw, living foods!?)
