NOTE FROM EVA: We could not be more excited to introduce you to Kate Magic, a super talented, super zany, super cool, and generally super person based out of the UK. There is no one anything like Kate. I mean that truly!
Funny story, Kate worked SO hard to get these recipes to us. She REMADE every single recipe so that she could share them with us! There was even a shortage of kelp noodles in the UK. She is the ONLY distributor there, so she had to hustle to get more of the noodles for one of the recipes!
Like Kate herself, her recipes are none like any other. You’ll be SHOCKED at some of what you’ll see below. I mean it!
I want you to know a couple other things about Kate: She has some amazing books, and she is on top of supplying Europe with the raw food specialty goodies. Her books are so cool. And if you are in the UK or Europe at all, you will want to bookmark her site. RIGHT NOW. Go on!
OH, and you should know that Kate Magic was formerly Kate Wood. Magic fits so much better, dontcha think?!
