I wanted to start off with a DECADENT treat. A no-brainer. A sweet, “is this really for my health?”, anyone-can-drink-it kinda green smoothie…

- 1.5 ounces (2 small containers) mint, equal to about 1 bunch
- 1 cup pineapple pieces
- 1 banana
- 3 oranges
- 1 cup water
As always, the instructions are to simply, BLEND!
