I want you to know… Our dream, our goal, our cause is simple: Help you to find and enjoy the best of health via vibrant food and a vibrant life. This may seem like a no-brainer. But for many folks, they think that raw, vibrant foods are complex or that it is not do-able. Or not worth it.
Lemme tell you, that is so far from the truth that it makes me giggle. Raw food is APPEALING. Raw food is (absurdly) EASY. Raw food is HEALING. Raw food is FUN. Raw food is Everything about raw food is downright SEXY. Raw food is ENERGY. Raw food is LOVE. Raw food is AMAZING.
I have CLOSE, DEAR friends who have been cured from:

What do they choose for their health? Raw food! Every one of them!
It took me three days eating all raw food to all but completely rid myself of every problem I ever had. THREE DAYS.

We help people feel like they’re kids again, make the magic to start feeling YOUNGER not OLDER. Magic they sometimes don’t even think is possible. With this raw food thing, you have to try it to believe it. And not just try it, try it in a way that is Smart, and Well Managed.
Most people screw stuff up, to be honest! Ha! Myself included. GOLLEE, I would have loved to know the things I do now when I went raw in the winter of 2006. I really had no idea. I thought it was hard. I was constantly making fancy foods from recipes I found online or in books, which I would usually screw up. Sometimes I’d do a poor job of food combining and get gassy again! (Yikes!)
I didn’t know which foods were technically “raw” but not at all health-promoting foods. I didn’t know which packaged products to trust. Often I would accidentally eat food that was not really raw, because I just didn’t know (like the “raw” but not really raw product with MSG in it, for example!). I also didn’t know the single recipe I should be making every day to insure my success and help combat cravings.
I also didn’t know I would become the most amazing version of myself imaginable. That through releasing the shackles of less-than-perfect health, I would feel more free and happy than ever in my life. I also did not know that, somehow, some friends would be alienated by my joy (!?) and not be interested in this newer, truer version of me. Even my husband! I did not know that we would nearly divorce over raw food.
Thankfully I learned, albeit the hard way, that people do want to support us on our journey to health, if we will just introduce our newfound excitement in a certain way. I found out that I would eventually feel full and satisfied without a struggle. I learned that my marriage could be better than it had ever been before. I learned that I could find joy with the simple details in life, and that I could wake up happy (THRILLED) to enjoy every new day!
Every part of these 3 days is planned around your most likely pitfalls on this journey to FABULOUSLY AMAZING HEALTH. Not to mention an Amazing Vacation!!
We have a class on the emotional aspects, ALL MEALS, and some introductory food preparation classes during any of the chosen 3-day options. On top of it, everyone who comes will receive an info packet chock full of my favorite raw recipes that are great for ANYONE, whether all raw or just getting into this food or even your average Joe. Plus plenty of creative ideas to help you bring some of this amazing island experience back home with you!
You will be staying with us on the island of Martha’s Vineyard, in one of the most beautiful, amazingly paradise-like places on earth. We will be just a few steps from the ocean in a community full of real-life gingerbread houses.

Taking classes with Eva is always a real treat – her energy and enthusiasm for teaching are contagious. From the start of every class, we really dive into everything. There is no topic off limits, which always makes for some extra entertainment… people ask some of the funniest questions. I don’t know how she always has the answers, but she is like a walking, talking, laughing (and always smiling) encyclopedia.
And she tells it like it is, gives you all those little details to make everything EASY. She even tells you what not to do, keeps you laughing when she tells anecdotes about the lessons she learned the hard way.
There is simply no way to walk out of one of Evas classes without a smile. And you definitely leave knowing ALL there is to know to go home and make the same tasty dish yourself. And everything is so tasty. Ridiculously tasty.
Not to mention, the materials are always so professional and thorough. I cant say enough good things about learning and playing in the kitchen in private classes with Eva or in one of the big group classes. I have never been disappointed.

Eva, Let me tell you something… You have a gift from God… You have the taste and abilities to put meals together that really taste good… Maybe Im not a professional restaurant taster, but I grew up in a restaurant because my mom owned a few very successful and prestigious restaurants in Europe. I also traveled to many places in the world and had eaten at many wonderful gourmet restaurants.
During the seven days of your classes I tried your recipes and I [am] amazed how tasteful they are… Im not new to the raw or living food cuisine (have been almost 4 years on raw vegan diet). I do lots of experiments on my husband who is not a raw vegan (yet!). He loves your recipes!!!
