What in the world is a recipe anatomy (or dissection)? (And the 5-minute desserts!!)

I wanted to explain what that really means. But then I realized that explaining it in WORDS just wouldn’t quite cut it!

So here is The Thing. I want to help you eat raw (as much as YOU want) for LIFE. Not to just give you some recipes. The recipes we give you aren’t “just giving you recipes”. These are the BEST of the BEST. But not only that, in the “recipe anatomies” everything is broken down so that you fully understand every piece of the recipes and can change it in a snap.

I’ve followed the recipe anatomy for a recipe {Amber Shea graciously donated from her book}. We’re reconstructing the {5-minute Blondies} based on the anatomy of Amber’s recipe.

Here are the 5, 5-minute recipes for your quick ‘n easy pleasure:

{5-minute raw dessert} Chocolate Chipotle Brownies
{5-minute raw dessert} Buttery Pecan Blondie
{5-minute raw dessert} Chocolate Hazelnut Truffles
{5-minute raw dessert} Almond Praline Cookies
{5-minute raw dessert} Spiced Apricot Thumbprint Cookies

Sharing is caring! ;-)
