{ingredient} Atlantic Sea Salad

in Raw Food Ingredient

Atlantic Sea SaladAnother incredibly interesting ingredient brought up thanks to Kate Magic and her brilliant use of super foods. Her {recipe} Courgette Fries are actually like the greasy fries many of us once loved. No kidding! BUT they are made of zucchini and they are totally healthy! Go figure! (Note: courgette = zucchini).

You may have noticed sea vegetables getting quite a lot of publicity as of late thanks to the incredibly helpful effect of actually reversing radiation damage. So you will likely not be surprised at the laundry list of reported health benefits! I hope this info will be a help to you! And please do have a try at the Courgette Fries. YUM!!
