This raw corn chip recipe comes to us from JodyLynn Stuppy.
6 cups Organic Frozen Corn (you can find this at Costco), thawed
6 Mini Sweet Peppers (you can find this at Costco)
1/2 cup Ground Flax
1/2 tsp. Cayenne
1/2 tsp. Cumin
Dash of Sea Salt
Blitz ingredients in food processor. Spread mixture onto dehydrator Teflex sheets 1/4″ thick. Score into desired shape (triangle, rectangle or squares). Dehydrate for 6 hours @ 105 degrees. Flip onto mesh sheet and dehydrate for another 6 hours.
