{recipe} Citrus Rainbow Juice

Not only is this lovely juice by Rebecca Kane refreshing, EVERY ingredient has the power to alkalize the body, leading to a healthy body that reacts well to any kind of stress throw at it. Not bad ~ energized and alkalized from one simple drink!

Citrus Rainbow JuiceThis juice is so tangy and refreshing – it will get you going on even the toughest of mornings!

INGREDIENTS
* 2 Oranges
* 1 Pink grapefruit
* 1 Lemon
* 1 Lime

EQUIPMENT

* Juicer or citrus press

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all ingredients through the juicer and serve over ice.

Helps to know
For this juice you should peel the orange and grapefruit, but if the skins aren’t too thick you can leave these on the lemon and lime.

Juicy Tip
If you like your juices particularly sharp, just use one orange.
