This recipe from {Amy Levin of Ooosha} is yet another interesting one. Cool thing about it is the sweet and savory mix. I picture them BEST, crumbled on top of something like a funkified zucchini pasta. Or a fabulous salad that is otherwise quite simple. Mmmm…
INGREDIENTS
200g Walnuts, soaked 6 hours, rinsed
1 tbsp Madras Curry Powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar, powdered
½ tsp Himalayan Crystal Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and then spread onto mesh dehydrator tray. Dehydrate 12-16 hours or until crisp.
STORAGE NOTE
Store in an airtight container.
