This yummy and simple recipe comes to us from Amber Shea Crawley.
INGREDIENTS
4-6 large romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 cup raw kimchee
1 small zucchini and/or yellow squash, spiralized
2 Tbsp chopped pistachios
INSTRUCTIONS
Wrap the kimchee and squash noodles in the romaine leaves and top with the chopped pistachios. It’s a crunchy, energizing snack full of probitics, B vitamins, fiber, and flavor!
