This super easy dressing is great to keep on hand to zing up your salads. It’s yet another totally do-able and fresh offering from Kristen Suzanne!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup hemp oil
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 large cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan crystal salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend it all thoroughly (I let my high speed Blendtec run 30-45ish seconds). Stored in an airtight container in your refrigerator, King Garlic Hemp Dressing will stay fresh for up to five days.

Hi,
Do you think the hemp oil could feasibly be replaced by hemp seeds? If so, how would that affect the recipe’s ratios?

YES, but it would change the consistency some. I’d put them in first and put a bit more than the oil called for. Might be extra creamy, actually, in the end. ALSO I’d soak them first (in the fridge) for a few hours to soften them and make it easier to blend. Lemme know how it goes!!
