A great weekend recipe from Judita! (And SO EASY!!) I actually do something like this all the time as a green smoothie without the chocolate chips. But the chocolate chips are such a fun extra touch!!
Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie
Servings: Makes 2 small servings or 1 big serving
Measuring cups and spoons
1 cup frozen bananas, peeled
1 cup nut milk
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped mint
1 Tablespoon (heaping) of raw cacao nibs
Throw all ingredients in a high speed blender and drink up!
