What is nut milk? will regular cow-milk do in this recipe?
and how is raw chocolate nibs are different from chocolate chips for instance or any other chocolate to be used?
Hi Abeer! Thanks for stopping by. Nut milk is a way to have a super-fresh milk without animal products or casein. It’s pretty easy to make — here is a post if you’d like to try it — but of course it is your choice if you would like to change the recipe as you’d like to.
Raw cacao nibs give you a crunch and are The Real Deal — and unprocessed version of chocolate chips.
I hope that helps!
xxo Eva
Do the nibs turn to powder or do they stay crunchy? Can you use Cacao instead?
Jean, I missed your comment until now unfortunately! The nibs will turn to powder but NOT in the same way cacao powder is. The texture would be totally different!
YUM, this looks amazing. Bookmarked to try sometime this week… Thanks!
