This raw vegan key lime mousse recipe comes to us from Tess Masters aka The Blender Girl. My favorite part is the “devour” followed by the lovely and so eco-friendly lemon and lime rinds. YUM YUM and also, YUM as Tess suggests! Gotta love it!
INGREDIENTS
The flesh of 2 ripe organic avocados
2 ripe organic bananas peeled
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
2/3 cup fresh lime juice (about 4 limes)
2 tsps lemon rind (about 2 lemons)
2 tsps lime rind (about 4 limes)
1/4 cup agave, or more to taste
pinch of Celtic sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Throw all of the ingredients in your blender ( I like to use a Vitamix ), and puree until creamy. Chill, serve and devour! Yum Yum Yum!

Hi there, these all look so good! Will there be any nutritional info ie cals, fibre, fats and proteins in order to help out with menu planning? Thank you!
Hi Julia! No, I don’t generally do nutritional info for recipes on the site. If you wanted to use http://fitday.com that’s a good resource for getting that info. I have found in the past that when I plugged in the numbers, I seem to naturally get a wonderful amount of all the good stuff, with raw. Luckily! Raw is so chock full of nutrition!! And because it has also beautifully stabilized my weight and left me with tons of energy, the calories seem to be a non-issue for me and many (but obviously not all!!) others…
Hope you’ll try some of the recipes anyways!! <3
