It makes me smile to think of people in other parts of the world reading this who may just make this silky, creamy drink and travel to Brazil themselves for just a moment as they sip away!
My husband has been making avocado smoothies since he was a kid, and I LOVED drinking them with him before I went raw. But, the way it’s usually made in Brazil is with milk, sugar, and avocado. It is very tasty but has room for improvement if you want a drink that is 100% in support of your health!
Sooo, we have the rawified recipe below! I finally measured and jotted down EXACT measurements for you!
INGREDIENTS (OUTSIDE BRAZIL)
2 c (1/2 liter) almond mylk
1 small avocado
2 frozen bananas
INGREDIENTS (IN BRAZIL)
1/2 liter almond mylk
1/2 medium avocado
4 frozen bananas (banana prata)
INSTRUCTIONS
1/ Blend until smooth.
2/ Drink immediately if possible. This drink does not store well.

This sounds amazing! So simple, too. I have a surplus of avocados at home right now, and I can’t wait to go home and make this. Thanks, Eva. And congratulations on your healthy, special delivery!

Do you know… I don’t think I’ve ever tried that Pat?! I’m SERIOUSLY going to have to try your style on for size too ~ I’ve actually been wanting something like oatmeal and found a raw supplier recently!! Thanks for YOUR idea too. Hope you tried this one and did end up liking it!
