This recipe from {Amy Levin of Ooosha} would be an AWESOME AWESOME gift at Thanksgiving or the holidays in general! I can see it now… lovely clear packages tied up with string… these are a few of my favorite treats… YUM!!
INGREDIENTS
200g Pecans
1/4 cup coconut sugar, powdered
1/4 cup maple syrup or coconut syrup
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Himalayan crystal salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and then spread onto a dehydrator tray lined with telfex. Dehydrate 12-16 hours and flip onto mesh tray, continue to dehydrate 10 hours or until crisp.
STORAGE NOTE
Store in an airtight container.
