I’m wondering something…

Have you ever heard the saying “If it sounds too good to be true, it must not actually be true”?

Is that saying even true?
What do you think?

If you say “yes”, how do you know for sure?

I know I used to have some beliefs about it in the total opposite direction, but life and experiments have taught me that this belief was nothing more than a belief.

And so I’d like 21 days to prove that saying wrong. If it sounds too good to be true… sometimes… really really good things CAN BE true.

In fact, I’m walking proof. I took a gamble that raw food (just eatin’ my fruits and veggies, folks! — so simple!) would cure me of acne, ulcers, gas (yeah, the stinky stuff), depression, ADHD (although that was actually just a happy surprise!), and all the other CRAP I dealt with every day.

Sure enough, 3 days after I went raw, my whole life changed for forever. And for the better.

In 3 days! And that was 6 years ago. I have never looked back!

But it’s not only the saying I intend to disprove, there may be more… If you’ve had anyone (anyone, including yourself) tell you that you don’t have what it takes to be AMAZINGLY healthy, vibrant, happy, rich, successful, or anything else you really, really want in your life…

I’d like to prove that person (or every last one of those people) wrong too.

I have a program to share with you that I honestly just don’t even know for sure what to call. These are the possible titles I came up with:

And then, a funny thing happened as I was working on the name for this program… All I kept coming up with more “sounds too good to be true” names.

In fact, the whole thing just sounds too good to be true… But…

It’s ALL true.

Will you allow me to prove it?



LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU.

You might be thinkin’ you can do this. (YOU CAN!)
And that you deserve an upgrade…
You deserve BETTER than how you feel now.
In fact, you, gorgeous,
(yes, I’m absolutely talkin’ to YOU!),
you deserve the VERY BEST!

But you’ve probably got some “big buts*” (the fear, not the rear) comin’ up…

So let’s get on with our BIG BUTS (all the reasons we can’t do this diet or program or attain amazing health), shall we?

But… maybe… your family is not raw**,
But… maybe… your friends are not raw,
But… maybe… you are not raw,
But… maybe… you don’t have a fancy blender,
But… maybe… you don’t have a dehydrator,
But… maybe… you don’t have much time,
But… maybe… you don’t have much money,
But… maybe… you aren’t great in the kitchen,
But… maybe… you aren’t organized in the kitchen,
But… maybe… you like to eat [insert various so-called "naughty/bad" foods here],
But… maybe… you drink coffee,
But… maybe… you work a lot,
But… maybe… the list goes on.

** Love Note: “Raw” in this sense means “a raw food enthusiast”.

Are we done with our “buts” yet?

Because I sure am!

In fact, I challenge you to allow me to share with you exactly how to shrink those buts so small you’ll need a different size pants.

But these will be bigger pants, not smaller.

We’ll call ‘em “BIG GIRL PANTS”. (Unless you happen to be a man, in which case we will probably not call them “big girl pants”. Just to clarify.)

Anyways… You know why? Not because you’ve been a kid about these “buts”! Not at all! It’s because we are going to spend 21 days growing together as human beings so much that by the end of it, I swear that you will feel (almost) like a different person. But the cool thing is… the reason I say “almost” is because you will actually simply feel more like yourself.

And that is my biggest goal in experimenting with you for these 21 days. I want the most radiant, true, authentic version of YOU to reveal herself.

If you had the support you needed,
and the tools to make it happen,
you’d have already upgraded, RIGHT?!

Well, now I’m offering you an ‘EASY BUTTON’!

I want to backtrack for a minute here. I want you to know that I understand (at least on some level!) where you’re coming from!

When I went raw I didn’t know what a food processor was (ha!),
hubby preferred to cook (meat & pasta). I was tired. I was grumpy.

I had two jobs with not a lot of time. And… I ended up with scary detox, complex-yet-not-fabulous food, and the list goes ON. And ON.
But I stuck with it…AND…

Now I finally know about that (fabulous!) ‘easy button’! And am thrilled to be sharing it with you.

Raw food is different from cooked food; it’s not so obvious as a box of pasta + marinara + putting them together. If you’re making pasta with marinara, the game changes! But it’s no big thing. [My views on food] changed a lot. I am amazed at how much you can do with raw food. Since eating raw I am definitely feel that I am digesting food better. Before the program I was 50% raw and eating the same things. Now I am on most days 100% raw.
